Legacy Agreements
Due to the changing landscape of Data Protection, Privacy and Security, we are updating our Terms of Service, Data Processing Agreement and other associated documents. As of 21st August 2026, the updated Terms will apply to all customers. The existing agreements can be found at Terms of Service – Legacy and Data Processing Agreement – Legacy, and these will still apply to new customers joining us between now and 21st August 2026.
On the above date, Org Admins will be asked to agree to the updated Terms of Service for continued access to the Service, and once authenticated, they will also be asked to agree to the updated Data Processing Agreement.

Terms of Service
The Terms of Service and associated schedules provide customers with the contract and agreement between your organisation and NetSupport, for using the classroom.cloud service. This updated version (version 4) will be valid as of 21st August 2026. For the existing (legacy) Terms of Service please use the Terms of Service – Legacy and Data Processing Agreement – Legacy links.

classroom.cloud Privacy Centre FAQs
As we receive more Requests for Information (RfIs) for classroom.cloud, about privacy, security, data protection and information governance, we try to make it as simple and easy as possible for you to quickly find the information. We will continue to review RfIs and publish further responses on a quarterly basis.

classroom.cloud certified for COPPA and FERPA compliance
iKeepSafe.org was selected to be our verified Safe Harbor for US customers, and underwent a rigorous assessment and verification program to ensure our compliance for COPPA and FERPA. We are now listed by iKeepSafe,org as one of their Certified Products – classroom.cloud – iKeepSafe
Schedule 1: Data Processing Agreement
This schedule provides the Data Processing Agreement section of the agreement between your organisation and NetSupport. This provides the agreed instructions to us to process data upon your behalf, and works in conjunction with the Terms of Service and other Schedules.
Children's COPPA-compliant Privacy Notice
To support schools with transparency, as well as regulatory requirements, we have provided a COPPA-compliant Privacy Notice aimed at children and their parents. This is to allow schools to ensure that all stakeholders have the relevant information about the use of classroom.cloud.
This Privacy Notice has been reviewed and agreed by iKeepSafe and forms part of our COPPA certification with iKeepSafe.
