Tech Console
The Tech Console is a quicker, more efficient way to enable users with the Technician role to remotely support school devices across their sites. From a single interface, you can view devices, transfer files, run remote commands and scripts, and edit the Windows registry.
AI monitoring
As students increasingly utilize AI tools for learning, our solution has expanded its safeguarding platform to include dedicated AI monitoring.
- Copilot integration: classroom.cloud can now capture triggers when a student is signed into Microsoft Copilot using their school account.
- Contextual alerts: If a student triggers a safeguarding alert while using an AI tool or website, the event is captured with full details of the application in use.
- Chat oversight: Students’ Copilot chats can also be monitored, and staff can filter events to specifically view activity within AI platforms, helping safeguarding teams understand the context of a trigger.
- Broad support: Monitoring extends across popular tools including ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini.
Overnight filters
In the Activity tool, you can apply an overnight filter to identify activity outside of school hours. When you select the Start Time Range filter, you can set a time range that spans two days, enabling you to check for overnight activity on student school devices. This can help highlight potential safeguarding concerns early on.
Assisted Monitoring (UK schools only)
We’ve partnered with the SWGfL to offer Assisted Monitoring, providing an extra pair of hands for school safeguarding teams. The team at SWGfL can monitor safeguarding alerts within your classroom.cloud account, helping to assess and prioritise concerns so your team can respond swiftly and effectively. Paired with weekly reports, this additional human insight provides an extra layer of support for the triage of student safeguarding concerns.
