Admin and Teacher Web Portal

• Teachers can now power on devices in device group and device list classes by simply selecting the Power on icon on the class tile.
• You can now see the internal network IP address of Windows students by adding a new column to your device views. (Support for other platforms is coming soon.)
• Online Safety Settings update: To improve visibility, the Websites and Application settings have been moved out of the Phrase and Keyword settings and now have their own dedicated settings tiles.

• Added a new option in the Microsoft Integration Settings to hide archived Microsoft Teams and SDS classes. A background service now runs automatically every Friday evening to update the list of available classes.
• Updated the Phrase and Image Review dialogs. When you expand a screenshot, you can now navigate to the next one using the navigation buttons.
• Added a new column in the Internet Activity view to display the page title of a website. Existing customers must add this column manually.
• Updated the Identify iPad Student with option in Device Groups Settings to support multi-selection. Requires the iOS Student version 2.00.
• Added an AI Tools category to the Inventory Settings.
• Added a new guide on Microsoft Graph Permissions used within classroom.cloud.

• Fixed an issue where the iOS Student was incorrectly triggering phrase matches on websites that had been set to not monitored in the Web Portal.
• Fixed an issue with Microsoft OneNote not responding to screen interactions in the Student browser app.

• Enhanced Online Safety. To complement our Phrase Monitoring feature, we have introduced Image Analysis, which monitors and detects inappropriate images on students’ screens within the categories of adult, drugs, racism, radicalization, and weapon (you can enable/disable these categories as needed), alerting staff when a student may have viewed harmful content. This feature is only available if you have Enhanced Online Safety enabled on your account and for Windows Students using 64- bit systems.
• Online Safety views. To further enhance our Online Safety component, you can now create online safety views for specific users, device groups and, online safety groups. This enables you to control access to online safety data (phrase and image matches), ensuring your online safety users only see data relevant to their role, such as the year group they are responsible for, while restricting access to sensitive information like data captured from staff devices.
• The Report a concern dialog now respects the display name format set in General Settings.
• The option to delete a device has been moved to the bottom of the right-click menu for improved usability.
