Microsoft Integration Overview Video

With integration with the Azure AD User Provisioning Service, Microsoft School Data Sync and Teams classes, plus support for single sign-on, schools can easily manage classroom.cloud user accounts, and sync with existing class rosters and student data. When syncing your classroom.cloud account with your Azure AD User Provisioning Service, a new email alert is sent to the admin if an account doesn’t provision correctly. With tools also including central device management, remote control, power management, hardware and software inventories, and more, classroom.cloud makes school IT management easy.
Teachers can then select their class and the required students’ devices are connected to within seconds – they can even power off, restart or logout students’ devices! With a clear view of all their students’ screens, the teacher can monitor, collaborate, assess and control activity. From locking students’ screens to controlling and launching any websites or apps (such as Office 365), teachers can shepherd and nurture teaching and learning, while maximising lesson time.

Keeping all students safe as they learn online can be a challenge, but with our online safety toolkit, schools can monitor across all applications including Office 365 and Teams (channels and chats – plus you can even monitor students’ Teams chats on devices without a licence) – ensuring students are interacting appropriately. For security and privacy, you can also exclude specific groups/users from being monitoring on Teams.
To support accessibility, classroom.cloud also includes Windows 10 “Dark Mode” support, allowing users to personalise their view.
